Conference: Dr Anne Curtis participated in the virtual CLEO2020 conference (11 -15 May 2020), which focuses on laser science and photonic applications, and this year included streams on Applications & Technology, Fundamental Science, and Science & Innovations. Slides from Cleo2020 She gave a live-streamed contributed talk on our EURAMET-funded work in developing NICE-OHMS spectrometers for detection of trace gases relevant for the semiconductor industry, specifically ammonia and HCl.
