Impact on industry via round robin laboratory comparisons The aim of WP1 is to provide industry with a metrologically traceable validation of their measurement methods through the use of traceable gas mixtures developed in ENG54 Metrology for biogas project. This will be achieved through organising round robin laboratory comparisons aimed at biogas and biomethane producers, end-users, testing laboratories and instrument manufacturers. Task 1.1: Organising round robin test for the sampling and analysis of total silicon in biomethane. The aim of Task 1.1 is to evaluate the measurement capability of industrial laboratories performing measurement of total silicon concentration in biomethane gas standards by organising a round robin test. Task 1.2: Organising round robin test for the sampling and analysis of sulphur-containing compounds and total sulphur in biogas and/or biomethane. The aim of Task 1.2 is to evaluate the measurement capability of industrial laboratories performing measurement of sulphur-containing compounds and total sulphur concentration in biogas and/or biomethane gas standards by organising a round robin test.
