Dr Martin Hudlička is an Engineer at the Czech national measurement institute. He received the Ph.D. degree in 2007 in electrical engineering from the Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Electrical Engineering. His thesis work was related to a propagation of electromagnetic waves in periodic structures. He joined the Dept. of primary metrology of RF electrical quantities in 2007.

Research activities include: microwave and sub-millimeter measurements and modern communications systems.

Karel Dražil received the Ing. (MSc. equivalent) in 1988 from the Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Electrical Engineering. Till 1993 he was with the Research Institute of Radiocommunications in Prague. Since 1993 he is with the Czech Metrology Institute in Prague. Since 2007 he holds the position of the head of the Department of primary metrology of RF electrical quantities. He is responsible for national standards of RF power, RF reflection and transmission coefficient and RF electromagnetic field. His research work has been focused mainly on precision measurement of scattering parameters and electromagnetic field.

Tomáš Pavlíček received the Ing. (MSc. equivalent) in 2013 from the Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Electrical Engineering. Since then he is a junior researcher in the Czech metrology institute. His research interests cover VNA measurements and modern communication systems.
