A one day workshop on the current state of the art time and frequency transfer over optical fibre networks using the White Rabbit (WR) protocol.

The international consortia working on the EMPIR project ‘WRITE: White Rabbit Industrial Timing Enhancement’ is hosting a workshop for research, measurement and industry specialists. This workshop will cover developments in WR time dissemination for industry, academia and research within the project WRITE, including a demonstration of WR hardware, along with presentations on associated topics by other research and industry speakers. The consortia seek to gain extra insight and direction from their wider community, with plenty of time for discussion on key questions and topics for debate, sharing of further ideas, and exploration of potential applications of these developments to research and industry.
